VRpatients Essentials
This course is designed to help you start creating your organization on the VRpatients platform via the Org Management tab. You will be introduced to the home landing page. You will also be introduced to the Core Scenarios on the platform.
Scenario Builder
This course will introduce you to the powerful Scenario Builder, a versatile tool designed to support scenario creation by offering extensive options for configuring avatars, selecting equipment, and providing treatment choices for users. Additionally, the Scenario Builder allows you to share scenario details seamlessly with other instructors and students.
Scenario Logic Basic
Get ready to build immersive, interactive simulations using a powerful visual logic interface. In this course, you’ll explore the essential tools and workflows for creating dynamic patient scenarios with precision and clarity.
Advanced Scenario Logic
Through five targeted lessons, learners will explore the structure of logic threads, the use of grading effects, pre-built effect chains, and the customization of advanced check and effect nodes.
AI Prompting
In this course, you’ll explore the principles and techniques behind designing AI patient prompts–the foundational inputs that shape your virtual patient’s voice, personality, and responses. Whether you’re building scenarios for clinical decision-making, communication skills training, or therapeutic role-play, understanding how to write precise, natural, and character-driven prompts is key to creating meaningful learning experiences.
Custom States
In this course, Custom States are a tool for simplifying scenario logic in simulation design. Participants will learn how to create and use Custom States to manage complex conditions, enforce action sequences, control scenario flow, and streamline grading. Through practical examples, learners will understand when to apply Custom States effectively and when to avoid unnecessary use.
